Markets are down a bit to start the first day of the trading year ahead of a busy week of potential catalysts. This week politics will take center stage with control of the U.S. Senate up for graps with the Georgia Senate election on Tuesday along with the U.S. House and Senate meeting on Wednesday to certify the results of the presidential election. In addition the monthly unemployment report will be released on Friday. Should be an interesting week in the markets to say the least and we will be here with you every step of the way this week and all throughout 2021!
